4 Days 3 Nights Kathmandu Tour (Liberate Package)
This compact itinerary lets you experience the rich cultural of the capital city. The package covers the major UNESCO World heritage site Swayambhunath Stupa, Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple and Great Stupa of Boudhanath. Day 2: Kathmandu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Kick start your morning with visit the 2000 years old Swayambhunath Stupa - UNESCO World Heritage Site also known as "Monkey temple” The temple charms with its great dazzling Stupa, it offers a view of Kathmandu city. The stupa is the most profound expression of Buddhist symbolism in Nepal. There’s evidence to believe the hill was used for animist rites even before Buddhism arrived in the valley two thousand years ago. Next up, visit Kirtipur, which is located 5 km from the center of Kathmandu. In Nepali dialect Kirtipur means "a glorious town". Looking down from its natural order it has been the scan of many historic battles and many important moments in Nepal's history. History says that the ancient city Kirtipur was founded by Shiva Deva between 1099 AD. Kirtipur town is a harmonica convergence of Buddhist and Hindus. After this visit Patan Durbar Square - UNESCO World Heritage Site. Patan Durbar Square complex is perhaps the most photographed of the three durbar squares. Located in the heart of Patan city was once the palace of the kings of Patan. The square is a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts. After that visit Khokana. Khokana is a small Newari Village located just 6 kilometers from Patan. At Khokana traditional craftsmanship still takes an important role. Villagers can often be seen spinning, winnowing and crushing mustard seeds. Especially the latter is what Khokana is most famous for, it's mustard oil. The village has a broad street leading into its center. On the left side the three storied’ Shree Rudrayani temple can be seen. Next we will walk to Bungmati. This is an approximately 15 minutes’ walk through on the road dividing the agricultural land. Bungmati, also is a Newari village where traditional life still can be seen. The village houses the typical Newari buildings and has an interesting main square where one can view the Ganesh Temple and the Machhindranath Temple.
Day 3: Kathmandu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After a lovely breakfast visit Kathmandu Durbar Square - UNESCO World Heritage Sitewhich is one of the major attractions in Kathmandu Valley. The word Durbar Square translated in English as Palace Complex. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people. Interesting things to see here are Kumari (The Living Goddess) Ghar (House). At the West end of the square, is a beautiful house full of woodcarving of different God and Goddesses. This Palace is three storied and in this palace, lives the very famous living Goddess Kumari. Both Hindus and Buddhists equally venerate her. For Hindus she is the reincarnation of Hindu Goddess Kali. She is equally worshiped by Buddhists because she is chosen from Buddhist family. This shows the harmony between Buddhist and Hindus in Nepal. Later visit Pashupatinath Temple - UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is one of the holiest pilgrimage destinations for all the Hindus of the world. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the trinity and the guardian (patron) deity of Nepal. This is one of the oldest temples, situated on the banks of the Holy Bagmati River. It is double – roofed golden temple with four triple silver doorways. It covers an area of 281 hectares, which is one of the biggest temple complexes in Nepal. Although the temple was only built in the fifth century and later renovated by Malla kings, the holy site is said to have existed from the beginning of the millennium.
Lastly we will visit the Great Stupa of Boudhanath - UNESCO World Heritage Site a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha. It is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists of the Himalayas and a major draw for Tibetan Buddhists from all over the planet. The history of the stupa from its origins in the fifth century to the present day is also presented here for the first time. Drive back to hotel for a short rest. Evening proceed for farewell dinner with cultural show.

The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines. The Art Gallery has a fascinating collection of ancient manuscripts, Thangkas, centuries-old stone sculpture, antique paintings that belong to the Hindu and Buddhist traditions of various periods.
Next, drive to Nagarkot which is at a height of 2300m above sea level. Nagarkot commands a classic panorama of the Himalayan ranges. You can see many major peaks of the Himalayas, like Langtang, Langtang- Lirung, Chobha Bhamre, Amadablam, Dorje Lhakpa, Gaurishankar and many peaks of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest on a clear day. Also views of sunrise and sunset are stunning.
Day 3: Nagarkot - Kathmandu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Today, wake up early morning to catch the sunrise and beautiful view of Himalayan panorama. You can take a short walk to see the beautiful sights of the village of Nagarkot. Drive back to Kathmandu and continue sightseeing to Kirtipur, which is one of the oldest towns in Kathmandu valley. Kirtipur contains few Buddhists sites both old & new. Cilancho Stupa is of historic importance. A Bihar has been made in Kirtipur, which contain the miniature sites representing Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha, Boudhgaya where Buddha got enlightenment, Saranath where Buddha gave his first teaching and Kushinagar where Buddha died.

Wake up early morning to take a short driveto Sarangkot(about 30minutes) which is located at a height of 1600m. Sarangkot is renowned for its beautiful sunrise view and panoramic mountain views. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery for a while then drive back to hotel for breakfast. Later a half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara is in store for you. We will be visiting Bindebasini Temple, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Davis Fall, the old town of Pokhara & Tibetan Refugee camp. There will be 1 hour boating in Lake Fewa to enjoy the lake view and the mountains. After the sightseeing, you can walk around lake side area which is filled with shops, cafes & restaurants.

Chitwan National Park is a preserved area in the Terai Lowlands of south-central Nepal, known for its biodiversity. Its dense forests and grassy plains are home to rare mammals. The park shelters numerous bird species, including the giant hornbill. Dugout canoes traverse the northern Rapti River, home to crocodiles. Inside the park is Balmiki Ashram, a Hindu pilgrimage site.

Day 6: Dhampus - Sarangkot - Pokhara (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Early morning,take a 4 to 5 hours trek to Sarangkot a beautiful and enjoyable trek in the middle hills of Nepal that lies near Pokhara, the beautiful lake city. Then take a short 30 minutes’ drive back toPokhara.
Day 7: Pokhara - Kathmandu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
An early morning breakfast, drive back toKathmandu (about 6 hours) enjoying the natural views along the way. Upon arrival, check in to hotel and free in the evening.
Day 8: Kathmandu - Nagarkot (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square – UNESCO WORLD heritage site. Which is the historic place that was also a politically important site until recently. The Kings of Nepal were crowned and their coronation ceremony was solemnized in this Durbar Square. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people. The temples, monuments, and palaces are believed to have been built by the Malla kings of the Medieval Nepal.
Then proceed for sightseeing tour to Great Stupa of Boudhanath - UNESCO World heritage site. Boudhanath Stupa holds a great importance to the entire Buddhist around the world. The stupa is a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha, is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists of the Himalayas and a major draw for Tibetan Buddhists from all over the planet. The history of the stupa from its origins in the fifth century to the present day is also presented here for the first time.
In the afternoon drive to Nagarkot (about 1.5hours) which is at a height of 2300m above the sea level. From this beautiful highland you can catch excellent views of sunset and sunrise and gorgeous mountain ranges including Mt. Everest on a clear day.
Day 9: Nagarkot - Kathmandu (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Wake up early morning enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise and the beautiful Himalayan Panoramas just in front of you. Enjoy the fascination scenery while enjoy your breakfast. You may wish to have some walk in the village side near your hotel. Then drive back to Kathmandu (about 1.5 hours) and continue the sightseeing tour.
Proceed for half day sightseeing to the 2000 years old Swayambhunath Stupa - UNESCO World heritagesite sometimes also known as the monkey temple .The temple charms with its great dazzling stupa, while at the same time offers a marvelous view of Kathmandu Valley.
Next destination is Patan Durbar Square - UNESCO World heritage site.Patan Durbar Square complex is perhaps the most photographed of the three durbar squares. Located in the heart of Patan city, this was once the palace of the kings of Patan. The square is a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts. In the evening proceed forfarewell dinner with cultural show.
Day 10: Departure from Kathmandu (Breakfast)
Free till departure transfer to Kathmandu Airport for homebound flight with fond vacations of Nepal.
